Own a quarter of the mountain — 13 weeks a year.

Stress-free New Hampshire ownership: one week every month, on a rotating schedule you can plan years in advance.

The quartershare model

Four co-owners. Thirteen weeks each. Zero surprises.

Each unit is deeded to four co-owners who rotate on a published calendar: one week every four weeks. That's 13 weeks a year of dedicated, predictable time in your mountain home — without the year‑round upkeep of a full-time second home.

Every week, you can use it, rent it, or exchange it through RCI for stays at resorts worldwide (Mountain Sun Condominium‑Quarters is RCI resort #1511).

  • Deeded ownership by warranty deed — real property, not a right-to-use timeshare
  • Published rotation schedules available on request
  • RCI membership unlocks worldwide exchange
  • Financing may be available on select resales

How the rotation works

A predictable calendar, shared four ways.

Weeks rotate through the year so every owner enjoys every season. Here's how a typical quarter of the calendar is shared.
