- Please strip the beds and start the dishwasher when you leave

Questions before you book
Can I check in late?
Yes. If you'll arrive after the office closes at 5:00 PM, call Valley Run at least 48 hours in advance and they'll send lockbox and check-in instructions.
Do you offer late check-out?
Late check-out isn't available, because housekeeping turns each home over for the next guests. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Is there an elevator?
No. The townhouses are three-story walk-ups. If stairs are a concern for anyone in your group, tell us when you inquire.
Do I need a car?
You'll want one to get to Waterville Valley, but once you're here the free village shuttle connects Mountain Sun, Town Square, and the ski area.
What should I bring?
The kitchen is fully equipped and Wi‑Fi is included. Bring your gear, groceries, and a swimsuit for the athletic club. Ask Valley Run about linens and towels for your specific unit.
